"Take APPtion! Top Spender Reward Campaign" Terms and Conditions 

1. Promotion Period: August 25 to September 30, 2025. 

2. By participating in "Take APPtion! Top Spender Reward Campaign", all participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions of the promotion. 

3. This reward only applies to a Participant who has a valid member account of Pizza Hut HK & Macau. Customers without Pizza Hut HK & Macau membership are required to register as member and login via Pizza Hut HK & Macau App / website before ordering. Valid orders will automatically accumulate spending amounts after successful registration. 

4. Pizza Hut HK & Macau members who place orders via online channels, i.e. APP, Website, Dine In scan QR CODE ordering,  for dine-in, delivery, or takeout from August 25 to September 30, 2025, will automatically calculate cumulative spending for the "Take APPtion! Top Spender Reward Campaign". Top 10 members with the highest cumulative spending during the promotion period will be awarded prizes from first to tenth based on their spending amounts. 

5. "Take APPtion! Top Spender Reward Campaign" only counts the amounts of completed orders placed through the Pizza Hut APP, website, or by scanning the QR code for dine-in orders. Orders placed through other channels will not be included in the calculation. 

6. Discounts, service charges, and tips will be deducted when calculating cumulative spending. 

7. There is no limit on the number of transactions or amount a qualified Pizza Hut HK & Macau member can make purchases. 

8. Results will be announced on the Pizza Hut HK Facebook page on October 10, 2025. 

9. If two or more members accumulate the same spending amount during the event period, the member who reaches that spending amount first will rank higher. To avoid any doubts, if the number of members with the same accumulated spending exceeds the number of available rewards, only the top ten members will be eligible for rewards. 

10. Each top spender can receive only one specified reward. The highest spender cannot choose other rewards. 

11. Winners will be invited to take photos during prize redemption, and these may be published on Pizza Hut HK Facebook and Instagram pages. 

12. No delivery service for the prizes. The prize redemption venue is located in Hong Kong. Winners must provide their Pizza Hut HK & Macau membership number, a notification message and valid identification document (Hong Kong or Macau) to identity verification when collecting the prizes. 

13. Each winner will receive message and email from Pizza Hut HK & Macau App after result announcement. They must provide the required personal information according to the instructions in the message to confirm their eligibility for the prize. If the winner fails to confirm their eligibility for the prize within the designated period, it will be considered as forfeiting their eligibility for the prize. 

14. Pizza Hut HK reserves the right of disqualification if any breach of trust is found in the process of prize redemption. 

15. Personal data submitted by participants will only be used for contact purposes and will be kept confidential. 

16. Pizza Hut HK & Macau is not responsible for any loss incurred from stolen or lost prizes. 

17. In case of any dispute related to the promotion, Pizza Hut HK & Macau reserves the final decision.

1. Top Spender ranking and prizes 

Grand Prize: iPhone 16 Pro 512GB (Black)

2^nd Prize: Dyson HP11 Purifier Hot+Cool™ 3-in-1 Heater and Air Purifier (White)

3^rd Prize: Nintendo Switch 2 with "Mario Kart World" Game Console Bundle Pack 

4^th to 6^th Prizes: Pizza Hut $1,200 e-coupon 

7^th to 10^th Prizes: Pizza Hut $800 e-coupon 

 

2. How to redeem prizes: 

1^st to 3^rd Prizes: Each winner will receive an email and Pizza Hut HK & Macau App inbox message within 15 working days after result announcement. They must provide the required personal information via email according to the instructions in the message to confirm their eligibility for the prize. If the winner fails to confirm their eligibility for the prize within the designated period, it will be considered as forfeiting their eligibility for the prize. The winner needs to go to the Pizza Hut Hong Kong office by the designated date in the email to claim the prize. 

4^th to 10^th Prizes: e-coupon will be distributed via email and the Pizza Hut HK & Macau App membership account within 5 working days after result announcement. The prize must be used according to the instructions and before the expiry date. The use of prize is subject to the relevant terms and conditions 

 

3. Pizza Hut HK is neither the manufacturer nor supplier of the prizes (excluding the products provided by Pizza Hut HK). In no event shall Pizza Hut HK be liable to the parties who enjoy the redeemed prizes for any loss or damage, and other related aspects (including the quality, supply, product description and/or the service, false product description/ statement, misleading and unauthorized information, unfair trade practices or conduct in connection with the reward). 

4. The prize cannot be exchanged for cash, other goods or discounts.
