“Pizza Hut App Upgrade Lucky Draw” Terms and Conditions
1. The Lucky Draw promotion period is from September 5 to October 2, 2024.
2. By participating in this Lucky Draw, all participants agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of the promotion.
3. Participants in the “Pizza Hut App Upgrade Lucky Draw” must be registered as members of Pizza Hut HK & Macau.
4. During the promotion period, Pizza Hut HK & Macau members who have logged in and made a purchase of HK$60/MOP$60 or more for takeaway / delivery order via Pizza Hut HK & Macau App / website, will be automatically entered the Lucky Draw once. During the promotion period, Pizza Hut HK & Macau members who have logged in and made a purchase of HK$60/MOP$60 or more for dine-in order via BYOD, will be automatically entered the Lucky Draw twice.
5. Customers without Pizza Hut HK & Macau membership are required to register as member and login via Pizza Hut HK & Macau App / website before ordering in order to be eligible for the Lucky Draw.
6. To be entitled in this Lucky Draw, the required minimum spending is HK$60/MOP$60, calculated after discounts and excluding 10% service charge & tips.
7. The Lucky Draw result will be announced on the Pizza Hut HK Facebook page on October 17,2024 and published in the Sing Tao Daily and The Standard.
8. Each eligible Pizza Hut HK & Macau member is entitled to unlimited chances in Lucky Draw, but each member can only win 1 prize during the promotion period. If the same membership number are drawn twice in the Lucky Draw, the prize won in the first eligible transaction will be used for arranging the prize redemption.
9. Winners will be invited to take photos during prize redemption, and the photos may be published on the Pizza Hut HK Facebook & Instagram pages.
10. The prize redemption venue is located in Hong Kong. Winners must provide their Pizza Hut HK & Macau membership number, a notification message and valid identification document (Hong Kong or Macau) to identity verification when collecting the prizes.
11. Each winner will receive message from Pizza Hut HK & Macau App after result announcement. They must provide the required personal information according to the instructions in the message to confirm their eligibility for the prize. If the winner fails to confirm their eligibility for the prize within the designated period, it will be considered as forfeiting their eligibility for the prize.
12. Pizza Hut HK reserves the right of disqualification if any breach of trust is found in the process of prize redemption.
13. Pizza Hut HK is neither the manufacturer nor supplier of the Lucky Draw prizes (excluding the products provided by Pizza Hut HK). In no event shall Pizza Hut HK be liable to the parties who enjoy the redeemed prizes for any loss or damage, and other related aspects (including the quality, supply, product description and/or the service, false product description/ statement, misleading and unauthorized information, unfair trade practices or conduct in connection with the reward).
14. The prize cannot be exchanged for cash, other goods or discounts.
15. Personal data submitted by participants will only be used for contact purposes and will be kept confidential.
16. Pizza Hut HK & Macau is not responsible for any loss incurred from stolen or lost prizes.
17. In case of any dispute related to the promotion, Pizza Hut HK & Macau reserves the right of final decision.

How to enter the Lucky Draw:
1. Prize redemption and usage:
1. 1st to 4th Prize: Each winner will receive an email and Pizza Hut HK & Macau App inbox message within 15 working days after result announcement. They must provide the required personal information via email according to the instructions in the message to confirm their eligibility for the prize. If the winner fails to confirm their eligibility for the prize within the designated period, it will be considered as forfeiting their eligibility for the prize. The winner needs to go to the Pizza Hut Hong Kong office by the designated date in the email to claim the prize.
2. 5th to 6th Prizes: e-Pass/e-Voucher will be distributed via email and the Pizza Hut HK & Macau App membership account within 15 working days after result announcement. The prize must be used according to the instructions and before the expiry date. The use of prize is subject to the relevant terms and conditions.
